Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I make the final payment?
If a credit/debit card has been used to make the deposit, we can charge the final amount to that card at the conclusion of the job. With prior notice, the chauffeur can also receive the final amount by cash or check.
2. Do I tip the chauffeur?
Our chauffeurs' pay is derived soley from the gratuity. A 20% gratuity is standard and can be added to the final amount or the client may tip them in person at the conclusion of the job.
3. Can we bring our own drinks?
We are not allowed to provide any alcoholic beverages, but the client may bring whatever they would like.
4. How do you deal with teens who are in the vehicle at prom time with regard to drinking?
We require all handbags and other carry on items to be placed in the trunk during transport. If anyone is found to be drinking underage, we will stop the vehicle and call the parent(s) to come pick them up.
5. What if we run over the expected time to have the limo?
Any time overage that occurs is charged by the half hour and added to the final amount. As long as the vehicle is not due to be somewhere else, there is never a problem with having it longer.
6. Is there a fuel surcharge? What about taxes? Is there a mileage fee?
Everything is included in the hourly rate except for the chauffeur's gratuity.
7. Can I place items in the limousine in advance?
Flowers, gifts, etc. may be put into the vehicle prior to the pickup.
8. Can you make arrangements for flowers and add it to my bill?
Yes, we would be happy to provide that service.
9. How does the deposit work?
The equivalent of two hours of the vehicles hourly rate is due in order to execute the reservation. A limousine is not officially reserved until a deposit is received.
10. Is there a travel time allowance?
For charters of three hours or more. There is a one half hour travel allowance given. Otherwise - the travel time driving to and from our headquarters in Martinsburg is a part of the charge.
